General Services

  • I specialise in performance marketing training and consulting. Helping small businesses understand how paid ads work so they can grow with confidence.

    Think: Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking/analytics, and the decision-making behind profitable campaigns.

    Depending on what you need, I can support you through:

    - Training (self-paced or guided): learn the foundations and frameworks step-by-step

    - Coaching: ongoing support while you implement (so you’re not guessing)

    - Consulting: audits, strategy, and clear next steps when you want expert direction

    The goal is the same either way: you understand what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what to do next whether you’re DIY-ing or working with a provider.

  • It’s just me, myself and I. Someone who cares deeply about my clients and genuinely want’s to see them succeed. I recognise I have a lot of skills and experience that businesses are looking for.

    I sometimes say no to clients if I don’t think we are the right fit, or if I know I will not be able to dedicate enough time to them to do good work.

  • Yes, and no.

    My work is primarily education-led.

    If you’ve got the capacity to execute, I can step in as your strategy + oversight partner: audit what’s happening, map the plan, and guide decisions week-to-week so you’re not guessing.

    Options usually look like:

    • One-off consulting: audit + recommendations, or a strategy session with a clear action plan

    • Ongoing consulting (retainer-style): regular reviews, optimisation direction, troubleshooting, and prioritised next steps

    • Implementation (optional): if you want me to handle the “doing” as well, we can scope that separately

    I’ll recommend the best fit based on your goals, timeline, and how hands-on you want to be.

  • Yes. I can work with select agencies who need support without hiring full-time. I can jump in on client work, handle strategy or execution, and represent your brand professionally. Just let me know how visible (or invisible) you want me to be.

Working with me

  • I typically work with small to mid-sized businesses that want to grow with paid ads, but also want to understand what’s going on (not just “hand it over and hope”).

    That often includes:

    - Service-based businesses (local and online)

    - eCommerce brands

    - Small marketing teams / founders who want a specialist to guide strategy and decisions

  • Totally fair — and unfortunately, it’s common. A lot of people have been left with vague reports, unclear strategy, and a feeling that they’re spending money without really knowing what’s happening.

    My approach is different because I’m consulting + education-led. That means I don’t just run ads in the background, I help you understand the fundamentals and the decisions behind the results, so you’re never in the dark.

Platforms and Tools

  • Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest Ads, TikTok, Spotify, Shopify, Klaviyo, MailerLite, GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager…. the list goes on. I have found that with a lot of platforms the skills are transferable once you get the hang of the basics.

  • Yes. I often collaborate with in-house marketers, web developers, creatives, and other freelancers. I can complement what you’ve already got or help fill the gaps.

Strategy and Outcomes

  • Depends on your goals. Some wins happen in days, others take a few months to build. I’ll always be transparent about what’s realistic and what needs time to test, optimise and scale.

    I am limited by the platforms and their own limitations such as learning phases. Most of the time, if I am making significant edits, expect not see things settle for at least 2 weeks.

  • Short answer: No.

    Long answer: I don’t make hollow promises.

    I bring experience, insight, and strategy that has worked for dozens of clients, but marketing is never one-size-fits-all. If anyone guarantees you results, think twice before engaging.
