Hi, I’m Katie.
After a decade in digital marketing, I’ve seen the industry from every angle. Working in-house across different sectors and within agencies managing multiple clients at once. What became clear is that most marketers want to do great work but too often, the structure doesn’t allow it.
In agencies, time and headspace are scarce and it’s almost impossible to give each client the attention their account deserves. From the client side, specialists are under-utilised and caught up in all the internal politics. Over time, they’re affected by the monotony and tunnel vision that come with focusing on a single brand or set of problems. Creativity dulls, curiosity fades, and the work becomes more about maintenance than growth
So I started KD Digital to do things differently.
I work closely with every client as an embedded extension of your team. I take the time to understand what actually drives your business forward, then build strategies that are realistic, profitable, and human.
